Hi can any one tell me if i can put a 5sp man gear box in a 82 hilux?

i have just bought and old hilux with the intention of doin a bit of work to it (wel considering i know nothing about cars) getting someone else to do it hehe and i would like to know if i could make it a 5spd? and find out if it would cost more than the whole thing is worth haha. any help is much appreciated.
