DODGEMAN, another question one the 97' Dodge.?

This job is not for the unsure, it's a huge undertaking. I have done 3 belts on my last 2 vehicles over the years, always with a shop manual by my side and it was always a minimum 5 hour job plus and you got to have the tools. Tensioners, seals and water pump if in there has to be done as well.

My mountaineer has a blinking theft light my car wont start how do I fix it?

If you have to ask.......you aren't going to be able to do it. SOME people can just dive into a 4cyl with no experience and get it close, but I seriously doubt a novice is going to have much success on a V6. You replace the tensioner and water pump and anything else you break by not knowing what you are doing. GOOD LUCK!
