Yes, the set of nuts has a code that came in the package. You can order a new key from the manufacturer using this code. If you don't have the code there's not much you can do, you will need to take the old ones off and replace them. A couple ways to do that, if they're the single piece nuts with no sleeve around the outside you can either buy special stripped bolt/nut removers or you can just use a socket that is slightly smaller than what would fit smoothly over the nut and hammer it onto the nut. If it's the type with a sleeve around the outside of the nut you will need to take it into a shop somewhere where they will need to weld a regular nut onto the end of it to take it off.I have a 2000 Chevy Tahoe- 5.3 and a 06 Silverado with a 5.3 Flex fuel?
I don't know about there but here most tire stores have a way of getting them off.If the wheels are factory, contact the dealer. There are only so many patterns they use. They can sell him another key. If the wheels are aftermarket, go back to the shop where he bought them, or another shop that sells that brand.

If no one can match the pattern, a tire shop can remove them and install new ones. The old ones will likely be torn up in the removal.

They will come off. You can either beat a socket onto them and take them off that way or have someone tack weld a lug nut on them and remove them with a lug wrench. Of course you will need new lug nuts afterward.What kind of oil goes into a ford ka?

try geting a socket just big enought to go over the nut give the socket a tap onto the nut you can get them off but you must new ones to put back onIf you remember the name of the manerfacturer of the product or the name it would be a great help if not then you have a real problem they are not easy to get off
