If you have oil on your spark plugs it means that you have low compression and your motor is blown......oil should never foul a plug on a good motor. The only thing touching a plug should be gas and air. Oil stays at the piston rings and below. You might need spark plugs, but it isn't because what he said. Take it to someone who really knows what they are talking about instead of guessing incorrectly. Your manager must be an auto guru if he can diagnose your cars problem so positively. Your cars engine could be starving for gas or have a vacuum leak, best bet is to have it looked at by a qualified mechanic, save time and money.
