Both of the above answers are pretty much correct. The fuel filter is mounted on top of the fuel tank by 1 10 mm bolt. Remove this bolt (Spray some WD-40 on it first, so it won't break on removal). Then, squeeze together the plastic tabs at the ends of the fuel lines and pull the line(s) off. REMEMBER, THE FUEL IS UNDER HIGH PRESSURE AND WILL SPRAY WHEN YOU REMOVE THE LINES! KEEP ALL DROP LIGHTS AWAY FROM UNDER THE VEHICLE! You'll loose a couple cups full of fuel, be prepared!!. Also, when installing the new filter, put some motor oil on the lines prior to sliding the new fuel lines into place. This will prevent damage to the O-ring(s) in the new filter lines. Make sure the plastic tabs "snap" into place, try pulling on the filter line to make sure the clip(s) are engaged. And as Curious stated, you'll need to know the wheelbase of your van to get the proper filter. HTH, Good Luck!!

if you look underneath your van about the center of your gas tank there will be some clips with hoses attatched there is usually a small bolt holding them in place also, the clips have little plastic tabs, just squeeze them and the hoses slide off. your fuel filter comes as a complete unit hoses and all. ok once you get the hoses off the tank follow them to the other side of the filter and disconnect them there. to install the new filter just snap the new hoses back in place where the old ones came off. ohh by the way one fitting should be larger than the other in case you get confuses as to which goes where.
