The difference is the the IS300 2JZ-GE is non-turbo charge and the base engine model. It comes in at roughly 215 horsepower stock. The 2JZ-GTE is the same thing, except uses twin turbo. It's most common on the MK4 Toyota Supras. At stock, it comes roughly at 280 horsepower stock (in Japan only due to a Gentlemen's Agreement in Japan). However in the states, the horsepower can be well over 300 horsepower.
