There should be one big bolt for the shoulder strap and two big bolts for the seat belt (one on each end). They are torqued on pretty tight so you might need a long ratchet handle or breaker bar to get them off.

For front seat belts, move the seat until you can see where the seat belt connects to the floor. For rear seat belts, remove the rear seat. You don't need tools to remove the rear seat. It just clips in.
