engine mounts?

If you haven't been flushing the block these past years the power flushes can knock loose scale in the block and plug your cooling system....ie. radiator.....heater core ......smaller water passages in heads.......etc.

How much for a rebuilt transmission?

Its perfectly fine unlike the oil there are not many gaskets or things that can break, just make sure its done correctly, but if your having overheating problems at that age its more likely to be the radiator plugging and those flushes aren't real effective but are worth a try.

my 99 taurus is leaking antifreeze what should i do?

If you are talking about flushing the entire cooling system, OK.

where is the motor oil drain plug located on a Ford Focus zx4 2006?

If you mean flushing the heater core by itself, I would not even breath on those hoses. Heater core hose fittings aren't exactly that strong, and prying off the hoses is not a good idea.
