1973 chev 350 need to replace press in rocker studs with screw in.. any way around pulling the heads?

lunati cam, roller rockers, I got it with these installed.. fairly large grind I suspect. also suspect it is not roller lifters I am pulling the pressins out fairly quickly so I need to go to screw in studs.. I REALLY dont want to pull the heads... HELP! lol

I do this all the time, no need to pull heads.
to remove press in rocker studs just use a spacer or washers on the stud then tighten a nut on to draw stud out. after removing stud tap hole and install threaded stud.
I usually put duck tape around stud boss to catch metal from tapping then clean up.

as long as you make sure none of the metal chips fall down the push rod hole ..tap the hole and screw in the stud

Just spend a few buck for a bottom tap set first, so the threads don't wind up too tapered.
