theres no sence in buying a used one if your about to get a new one unless you have an extra rim to throw it in the trunk for a spare that fits instead of one that fits like a donut

What else could it be..?

Buy some tire sealer. It's rubber stuff that you spray into the tire and it should coat the inside, Filling the hole.

If the tire has a decent amount of tread on it, by all means get it plugged. Go to Wal-Mart or Sam's - they'll do it in 15 minutes and it will cost you about $10.

are you sure its leaking every night or are you just putting air in it because it looks low. also, if you live where i live and the temperature is flunctuating from 80 to 30s this also creates the air to go low in the tires. just put air in it here and there until you get a new tire, but it should be fine.
get a new one- but make sure your rim is ok, it may be due to a bent rim

Check to see if you have a nail in the tire. If so you can plug it yourself or take it to a garage and they can plug it for you cheap.

It depends on the tire too. If it is an old tire that doesn't have much tread left then maybe you need a different one. You can get really nice used tires off Ebay. Just type in the tire size which will look something like this 235/55/17.

My fiat fiorino jumps out of 5th gear as I'm driving... why?

Depends on how much tread is left. If good, i.e more than 1/16 of an inch then get the tire patched and rebalanced. Or check the cost to do this against the cost of a new one that you want, then decide.

That all depends on the condition of the tire. Have a tire professional examine the tire and tell you if it is safe.
If you have driven it low on air it may be damaged on the inside(like me). If it is a slow leak, it may be the rim.

Car Problem! Chevrolet! Please...?

There are a number of sealants you can put in your tire. I recommend green slime, it's the best. If you get another puncture, it will seal that one too as it never hardens.
It can be found at O'Reilly Auto Parts. But probably other auto parts places too. (Auto Zone, Advanced Auto etc etc)
