Which breaks more easier in general , a stick shift or an automatic transmission?

I heard that the Automatic trans. are better & don't break as easy. Usually people burn out their clutches in stick shifts. Is that right ?

It's a 50/50 thing, Standreds do burn out clutches, but only if you drive them hard and ride the clutch. Automatics burn up as well, the thing you shoud look at is whats cheaper, It's easier and cheaper to replace a clutch, then it is to rebuild an automatic transmisson. Standreds transmisson burn up as well, but that becasue people abuse them, it also helps to change the oil on both once in a while, best to check the manufacturers specs.

How to replace car thermostat?

Its true you do burn clutches in manuals, especially when you drive hard all the time. but then consider a clutch as a consumable that you will need to replace one day. The cost of that is nothing compared to a new automatic box.
