Small dent fix?

Question:
i have an 04 f150 and on the back bumper is a small dent about the size of a tennis ball i want to fix it myself this is what i am planning to do please sorrect me if im wrong..
1 take bumper off and tap dent with hammer.
2 grind away paint
3.sand
4. body filler
5 glaze
6 sand
7 prime
8 paint
