Where can I find a battery pack that can power my laptop for longer than 2 hours?
If the temp Gage moves up normally and seems to be working you probably have a small oil leak on the engine possibly running onto the exhaust manifold which would make the smell. It doesn't take a noticeable amount of oil to do this and it is mostly an irritation but a good idea to get it fixed if you plan on keeping the car for a whileMy 2000 chevy silverado is misfiring?
have checked your coolant level? If your low on coolant your coolant temp sensor won't give you proper readings and you may be cooking the engine. You may want to pressurize the coolant system and take a good look for leaks. How to install mirror assembly in accord 2000?

Brake fluid isnt going to my back brakes, why?
iwas just about to say what steve m said check to see whats going on with your coolant if it is none in there or low, or leaking out it is causing your engine to overheat and that is where the smoke is coming from!A gasket leak, or some type of leak that is dripping on a hot spot in the engine causing the "burn off" maybe. The Gasket head could also have a crack in it and be leaking underneath the engine.
Is it safe to do a roach fogger in a car?
I agree -- probably low on coolant, or a stuck thermostat. Or there's a lot of spooge or bugs on the radiator. Or your heater controls are stuck. If you haven't had a tuneup, timing's probably OK, but check. Also look for damage to the baffling around the radiator that directs cool air through the radiator. If there are gaps (or a piece has fallen/been pulled off), then the air isn't going through. Does your electric radiator fan work?More Questions & Answers ...
