Answers:

Does anyone know where the low pressure point for the air con...?

Presuming it was done before you got the car, you won't have the original springs to put back.
Hunt the scrapyards, try eBay or in the end your friendly local Mazda dealer.
Replacing the springs isn't difficult technically, but it does require the right tools & equipment - I'd leave it to a mechanic.
Hope that helps

89 Corolla Carburetor Idle Mixture Question?

Any modifications to the suspension are usually permanent and have to be repaired back to stock. There are two ways of lowering a car, either by cutting the springs or by changing them. If they have been cut, you run the risk of messing your car up. So, either head to the Mazda dealer or to the junkyard and get some new springs!

Is not having enought radiator fluid a cause for lowered gas mileage?

Well, that depends on whether you got your original springs cut (which you shouldn't do because it's not good for your car), or if you got new springs...if you bought totally new springs, then you would just need to go to a mechanic or your dealership and have them re-install your original stock springs. If you got your springs cut, then you would need to get new springs and have the mechanic install those.

In response to my last question?

mazda dealer if you want the correct springs unless you can find a mx5 owners club and get them from someone there.
any garage should be able to fit them for you, if you try it yourself you will need a set of spring compressors to do the job. not an ideal job if your new to working on cars.
