1000 hp for the street?

Is it possible to get a chevrolet small block motor to 1000 hp?
That is natually asperated and run on 89 octane fuel.Can anyone point me in the right direction?

naturally asperated you wont be able to hit 1000 horse cheaply, ( under $50,000), but with turbocharging or supercharging you should be able to reach it for somewhere between 10-20,000, if you are stuck on having a small block motown has a 443ci based on the gm 350, it is a 690 hp crate engine for somewhere between 15-20,000 the last time i checked
