Fuel pump relay?

Where would I locate the fuel pump relay on a 89 honda civic. Please be as specific as possible. I read it can become oxidized. How would I know if it is? How would I deal with it if it is?

Usually the relays are under the hood. Exact location, is hard to say, as I don't have that particular car. But usually what they mean by oxidized, is the pins are corroded, or rusted, thus not allowing the electrical switch to work.

Honda passport horn?

I believe it's under the dash, right about where your left knee is. Remove the fuse box cover and lower dash panel, it should be in a bracket bolted to a brace.

Car electrical problems?

To help find it, try turning your key on and off, you should hear it click, even if it doesn't make contact.
