Why Wont My Power Lock Actuators Function Properly?

Question:
I have a 2000 jeep grand cherokee and all four doors and the liftgate are power locks but the two back doors you have to unlock manually on the door lock its self on the inside but when u use the power lock button to lock the door the two rear doors will lock. so how is it they lock but wont unlock via the power lock system?

One thing it may be, check to see if the child door lock setting is flipped on. I'm not sure if that will do it or not though.
