Get a job at a detail shop for a year to see how it all works, what chemicals to use, etc. Items from the home cupboards is not the way to go, sorry to say.
Plus being this age, you cannot move the cars, drive the cars or anything. So unless you walked around your neighborhood doing it at their house or having them leaving it at yours, it would be a hard job to do.

I would just do it on the side for now and don't really start a business until you see how it goes later down the road, people will pay probably $75. for a wash and wax and then if they really want to detail such as scrubbing upolstery and steaming the engines that would be an additional $100.

Excellent idea. I did this to save up for my first car ('79 Trans Am). I charged $150 dollars for an oil change, wash, wax and detail the interior on cars, trucks and larger vehicles were more of course.
