K. i have a 2006 Nissan Frontier and it sounds like the belt is squeaking, but after the engine revs higher it stops. and it is getting worse and doesn't quite as low of rpm's as it use too. so how do i fix this. and it does it mostly while it is idoling

get some new belts, if it is sqeaking they mite be cracked, you can check for cracks first if you want. you will want to check the tentioner see if it looks worn replace if it is, then put new belts on it after everything that needs replaced is replaced, just look for worn parts you can see them pretty easily
