I have been offered a clutch kit (in 3 parts) for my Escort and have been provided with the appropriate Motorcraft part numbers but I want to check and make that it will fit my model

Auto rubbing compound can this be used to remove the clear coat from Alumimum wheels.?

Does anyone know if this is available online or will I have to contact Ford themselves??

Ford numbers are Fords. If you call a dealer,(parts dept.) and ask (nicely) if there correct, you might get somewhere.

Just go to (or phone) your nearest Ford Main Dealer and ask (in the Parts Dept). Quote the numbers and they'll tell you, they won't mind. You may need the engine no. and chassis no. because there are probably loads of different types for the same car (Ford always had a habit of changing parts suppliers half-way through production).
