Uneven tire wear caused by a lack of rotation, poor alignment or tire pressure (or a combination of the above) can result in the tires having different wear patterns on different corners of the car. Move them around to different positions and of course they are going to act differently.

Yes, you can feel the tires different after rotation. But better go and check. Please, please, can someone tell me where the flasher is located on a 1989 mitsubishi mirage?
Im not sure what your saying, but I take it you've rotated the car tyres so the worn one is now at the rear, and it feels different. This could be for a few reasons , different makes and models of tyres drive differently, especially noise wise. Also rear tyres are not normally balanced, front tyres are, so if they've rotated and your tyre isn't balanced; if its off by a long way you'd notice it in the handling, its also more likely to wear down irregularly.
If the tires were worn, then yes they will steer, ride, and sound different.
I need instructions on how to replace the tailight on my 2002 Santa Fe Hyundai?
As the tires wear, they affect the steering feel by pulling/pushing against normal center, they can produce different road noises from uneven tread, and they can vibrate/oscillate depending on the treadwear patterns, balancing, and more serious conditions like belt separation.
Sometimes it's good to syphon to clear the tubes. It gets the motor running?
If the front end is in good shape and the tires are rotated on a proper regular schedule, then no it *shouldn't* be noticeably different, but from the sound of your post at least one tire was fairly worn, so yes it is normal for the car to be different after the rotation.
I want to find out where my spark plug wire plug into my 97 ford f150v6 4.2 liter engine?
It is normal if one or more tires are worn. They get a pattern that matches the position they wre on on the car. Thats why you should rotate the tires on regular basis to keep the wear even. It's not bad if it only "feels" different, but if it shimmys or bounces that is bad. In either case you should get the worn tire'tires replaced. Change them in pairs at least; front pair back pair.I can't get my calliper back on right!! And I have work tomorrow :(?
Tire rotation might have a different feel afterwords, due to a squarer tire in the front. A new tire will have a different sound to it because of the extra tread. If in doubt, have it checked at a different location.I need a routing diagram for the vacum hoses on a 83 citation X-11?
