Just tell them you won't buy it until after they have it fixed. if they don't agree to it just walk away. or test drive it again and take it to a reputable shop for an estimate. it the repairs aren't much and you feel the cars a good buy. follow your instincts.

it can be as simple as having the wrong grade of gas in the car. It may have a high compression engine that requires super gas and the dealer may have put regular in it.
