My 1996 chrysler cirrus runs fine: new battery, tune up o.k., but sometimes starts fine and others won't.?

Question:
A few weeks back i had the problem on stop lights, it seemed to be running fine and then all of a sudden died, i had to wait for a few minutes or more sometimes in order to be able to restart the car. " PAPA BEAR" from yahoo questions/answers recomended me to check the battery and start from there, i did, and i needed a new one, so i bought one and i had not have any problems with the car, till this past weekend, when after a few stops for a couple of minutes in two or three different places, the car did not ignite, i had to wait like an hour or so, and like if nothing had happened the car started perfect, the same thing happened the following day, what can it be, i have taken it for a diagnostic, but it won't show any problems; can it be a fuse or an electrical problem or what else, please HELP.
Thank you all

How do you lose control of a car?

Sounds like your battery is draining. Have it checked at a better place..
