Misfiring due to electrical system?

Question:
on my way home from work today, my car started acting funky. The tach started fluctuating rapidly, then the lights on the console started flashing. Finally, after I pulled off the road it stalled out on me. I got it going again and have replaced all the spark plugs and cables. I can now get the car running, but as soon as I turn on the heater everything starts going weird again. Also, there is a distinct smell of gas coming from the car. Can anyone help me with this?

Help with transmission problem with my car!?

Thank you in advance

If there is air in my brake lines, will that cause me to lose brake fluid?

Distinct smell of gas is due to the misfiring. The misfiring causes all the fuel to not burn properly. You have some electrical problem for sure, I would look at the coils or the battery because by turning on the heater you're pulling more current and that may reduce the spark in your system.
