What is involved in a vehicle tune-up?

Question:
I need a complete list of things that will be done during a tune-up? Do they change the oil? Do they change the belts? What do they do?

Answers:

Tire costs?

If it's a vehicle made in the last fifteen year, there isn't much to it.
Spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor for parts. Check and set 'air-gap', check and adjust timing. Adjust air/fuel mixture and that is about it.

car runs only when overdrive is off?

Where I am from a minor tune up is just plugs and looking other stuff over. A Major tune up is plugs, wires, cap, rotor and looking other stuff over. Oil changes are separate. Belts are separate.
