1996 Dodge Caravan stalling?

Question:
My inlaws own a 1996 Dodge Caravan that is stalling in drive, but will staying running in reverse. The problem started a few months ago , but has gotten more frequent. When it stalls they are able to wait a few minutes and it will start back up, but I think that the wait time is getting longer.
Any ideas? Thanks!

When it stalls, does the engine turn over, but it won't start?

Well, in that case, Id have to say there is a loose battery cable connection.

Will you still be able to drive a car without a wheel cylinder?

When it's in drive the engine has a tendency to roll forward on it's motor mounts putting stress on the cables.
Either the ground strap to the engine/frame, or the positive cable to the starter.

Best brand of motor oil?

Clean the battery connections and posts check for secureness of starter and cables.

If the engine turns over, but won't start, then I'd have to say it's NOT electrical, but a fuel or ignition issue.
