Head gasket??

Question:
i just got a tune up and afterwards my car was revving really high, when it is in park it is rpming around two, white smoke coming out of exhaust...is this a blown head gasket?? is this really expensive? it is a 99 avenger (dodge) I cant afford to get my car fixed for atleast a month.. should i be adding extra water to my car if thats what its burning?
