Why do my locks in my 95' pathfinder lock me in and out of my car?

Question:
if i'm in it it locks my passengers in. if i'm trying to open it up to let them in it locks them out.i've got a baby on the way i need this fixed...

i own a shop,and there's a problem with the automatic lock system on it,,i have seen this only happen once before,you can disable this by disconnecting the automatic lock system for it,or simply by pulling the fuse for it will be the fastest way to do this,you,ll have to remember and lock the doors,but its better than being locked in or out on it,theirs a control box on these that goes bad ,that causes this to happen,you can get a good used one at a junk yard for around 15 bucks,,and it mounts in under the dash area,good luck i hope this help,s.
