Noral oil pressure for a vehicle?

Question:
My '96 blazer has been acting a bit funky lately with its oil pressure. The gage (from 0 to 80) shows about 30 sometimes when I'm idling. I looked in the owners manual for a normal operating range, but didn't get any helpful information. What should the pressure be when I'm idling and is this normal?

Dot have exact specs off hand but idle pressure specs are actually very low 10-15 psi can be in spec's its also checked at 2500 rpm that is usually about 40 psi for a typical spec.
