I have 98 venture van, enging light gives code po1860. Please help.?
the relay is located under the hood ,drives side close to the fender .big black box . open it up flip over the cover ,it has location of all fuses and relays.if your problem is a no start, most cases it's the pump. but only way to tell for sure is to check power to relay ,its a 4 prong relay remove relay, with the key in the on position, you must have 12v in 2 slots, ground in 1 slot and a ground signal from the pcm at the 4th slot the ground signal is triggered for only 2 seconds when you turn the key to the on position then shuts off. thats normal . so have a buddy help you with turning the ignition on while you check the trigger circuit on the outside.
if that checks out . hook up fuel pressure gauge should be 55 to 60 psi with key on .if no pressure or low pressure [bad pump]
if pressure is ok [pump is ok] if vehicle still doesn't start look at ignition system particularly at coil wire they have a tendency to burn through .seen many bad coil wires & many bad pumps
if all else fail there's always the neighborhood GM dealer.

why doesent superglue stick to the tube?
It can be in possibly 2 locations....(1) on the side panel of dashboard on drivers side or (2) under the hood on drivers side. You will see a large black box labeled Fuses. Take the top cover off and flip upside down to see fuse placements...It will show you the location in that part of electrical system. Hopefully the fuel pump is still O.K. (located in gas tank)If this does'nt work, take it to a ASE dealer/repair place
