Do I need to install all of the parts that came with my Aem Cold Air Intake?

Question:
OK i just got the aem cold air intake for my civic 2003. Do I need to change the tranmission bracket and all that, that came in the box or is that just extra support? Does anyone have a link or a video showing how to install? Im a newbie. Thank you so much for all the help.

What integra motor can fit in 2000 civic ex or any other suggestions?

i own a repair shop and not all the parts that came with this kit will be necessary to install they give more parts than needed, because this kit also fits other cars and those parts may be used on some of the other applications, but read the instructions that came with the kit it explains in it which parts to use for your car, good luck i hope this helps.

Does an 8-cylinder sports car like a Camaro Z28 REALLY have better gas mileage than a 4-cylinder GMC Sonoma?

Basically, a CAI is just a more efficient way of getting air into the intakes that has not been heated by being stalled-out in the engine bay. As long as you have the pipe secured, your filter in a "cooler" place and your sensors properly connected, "exact" use of the additional hardware is nice, but probably not necessary. Take your car by a community college or vocational school and "offer" to let a student give you a hand with the install, if you think that might help. Of course, that's not the same as going to a pro, but if you get the instructor involved, it may be cheap AND good.
