At least 15lbs of boost?At 15lbs of boost you are almost at 1 atmosphere, depending on if you live at sea level or not, that is creating almost twice the volume of air into the motor.
With a good quality steel head gasket that has the proper reinforcement and assuming the deck has been squared as well as the head and that you have a proper "quench", you can get 15psi, but if you are looking for much more and you want longevity and reliability you may look at o-ringing your motor.
Again it depends on where you live "altitude". But I would not chemically inter cool it "NOS" if you want it to be around long.

the toyota 7MGTE should be able to hold 15psi pretty easily . if you are using this as a daily driver your main concerns should be preventing detonation with the craptane gas at the pump.Why,car temputuer gage goes from normal to hot then back to normal?
with a metal head gasket.. and those hardrock black bolts 1.2 -1.8bar is nothing.. but the MAIN thing is to hav the ecu properly tuned to supply fuel when 'on-boost' to avoid dangerous detonation.. get a extra/additional fuel injector controller (HKS AIC or GReedy Rebic) or if u hv a programmable ecu is even better..Problems with brakes on 71 Dart?
then get those boost controler with a staging/solenoid system to avoid boost spike/boost creep when applying hi-boost..
