you could go to a dyno and see how much for sure it puts down or
if you have gone to the drag strip you can calculate you hp by time but isnt really accurate

last you could see the specs on your car on a site and add hp for what ever mods you have

Can I use 85 grade gas if my car manual says to use 87 grade?

When you get a "plug" put in to fix a flat tire. Is that a good way to fix a flat? Do plugs last?

One horse, an animal, is equal to 18 horse power. That is as much as I know. I ride a bike and I am able to put ou t about 6 horse power. There are ways to measer that but I found them from my physics professor.
