Remove the seats, and pressure wash the carpet. Use the high power spray directly and soak the carpet. Then use a wet/dry vac and suck the water up. Then use a degreaser, like maybe simple green or some high mechanic grade degreaser (try the local part store)Can Dry Ice be used to fix car dents?
The pressure wash and the elbow grease..then when you are done scrubbing, sucking, and rewashing, suck up all the water you can (elbow grease again) and air dry. Leave it running with the heater, or if in a garage run some industrial fans. Takes some time.
