Ahh yes, the good old "Low Coolant" light. Check the overflow tank, if that isn;t full, it will stay on. If is is, check the plug for the sensor. If you just refilled it, it will go off within a few days driving. if not, replace the sensor.

For some reason these vehicles, have a magnetic sensor in the radiator itself. Sometimes it gets stuck, or loses its magnetic ability, thus casuing the light. I haven't seen anything that you could do to fix it.
