Oldsmobile Alero - Sturts??

Hey I just turned 16 and My mom purchased me a 2004 olds. alero. I herd this kind of poping noise when i turn or go over gravel. Is this my struts because thats what a mechanic told me. What will the price range of getting this fixed cost? or even it that sounds like what it is ?? Could this be bad on my car if i dont get them changed soon b/c lately the noise has gotton worse.

It sounds like your ball joints are bad. Take it to a tire shop and have them check it out for you.

i own a repair shop,and they do need to be changed,but its not going to cripple the car if you don't get them done right away,,this job usually cost around 300 bucks to get those replaced and to get it re-aligned again,its not a real expensive repair though,and you can wait ,on doing it for a while,,the noise will drive you nuts after a while though,,good luck i hope this help,s.
