I need to find out what is wrong with my 1997 Infinity J30 car?

It sounds as if your hub bearing is going out.. this is what holds your wheel to your axle... as you turn you are putting more pressure on the bearing thus the growl...
also possible the cv joint is going out but more than likely you will hear clacking or clattering.
have it checked out as soon as possible as it will only get worse..and since this is a front drive vehicle this bearing cannot be repacked.

2000 Dodge Neon, Left front tire does not respond to steering wheel?

It sounds like bad wheel bearings to me. I had the same problem with my truck this past week and it made the same noise. So I would say it's that.

Whats a website where you can see the rims you put on your car?

Like has been said before, it is most likely a wheel bearing. The easiest way to verify this is to jack up the front end and grab the front tires(at the 12 oclock and 6 oclock positions, this is very important to remember), one at a time, attempting to wiggle them back and forth. If you feel any play at all, you're looking at a wheel bearing on that wheel. Remember that even though it is most likely the right wheel bearing that is bad, both front bearings should be checked.

How to increase the torque nd the horsepower of a 1.5ltr toyota corolla AE100 engine?

If your wheel bearing gets quiet when you turn to the right, it means the left wheel bearing is bad. This is because more of the vehicles weight is tranferred to the wheel on the outside of the turn. The reason I tell you this is because about half the time a noisy bearing comes into my shop, it exibits no sign of looseness.

It comes as a hub assembly and ranges from about $80-$150 for the part depending if your model has a wheel speed sensor for the ABS built into it. They usually take about an hour to replace one.
