Electric cooling fan?

Question:
Is there any benefit to having a manual control (on/off switch) on a car's electric cooling fan rather than a thermostat controlled fan?

How to make the hi speed car?

iv done that on my car.. its ok.. but its dangerous IF YOU FORGET.. to switch it on.. not recommended for a street-use car.. especialy when in traffic jam.. for sure u will forget.. and then next thing u noticed the temp meter is at H.. phewww.. that bad..
but for a race car, is good (with a secondary switch aux fan)

Clear coating, tips and max number of coats?

A thermostat can break and the car may overheat. A simple electric toggle switch probably will not break.
drawbacks.. you may forget to turn the fan on and the car will overheat anyway.

I have heard of people doing it when thier thermostat failed. Rather than replaceing it, they just rigged up a switch. It's a 2 dollar fix rather than a 100+ dollar fix.
