I have a question about my car?

i just got done asking a question about a vacuum leak around the egr valve,and i didnt mension anything about what kind of car i had.sorry about that.its a 1988 olds delta 88 3.8 and its got an electric egr valve and doesnt have a vacuum hose to it.

in my experiance you would be better to blank off the egr valve completely, as it lets hot dirty air back into your engine and hinders performance.
If you blank it off it may also stop any problems your having.
You may need to unblank for your emisions test but that is not always the case.
