4Runner Shakes-Shudders?

Question:
95 4 Runner shakes(dash) and shudders(steering wheel) when driving but it goes away when I accelerate. Only does it when I'm driving at one speed 40 , 50 or 60 but not when speeding up or slowing down?
p.s. this is the LAST Toyota I'll ever own!!

what is the beststuff to use to strip some alloy wheels back so i can repaint them?

Have someone take a close look at your front end for any bent or loose suspension components and check your wheels, you may have a bent one from possibly hitting a curb. Maybe even a bad tire, or out of balance, you can always swap the wheels from front to back and see if the shake moves from steering wheel to the back or in your seat. If it's shaking that bad it shouldn't be that hard to pin point.
