Sounds like the turn signal flasher relay is out.check your fuses.

Like the other answer I would begin with the fuse but I just had this same issue and turned out my battery was slowly draining out. The blinkers went first and then my powered seats and then it died. What Type or Brand of Motor Oil do you use most often?
if you turn on your signal light with headlamps off, ignition switch on, look to see if one of the lights on that side you turned on is lit, front or back light, if one is lit and the other is out. replace the bulb on the one which is out, this should fix the problemhope this helps
