my mom is a smoker..... wut i used to get the smell out is buy a few air freshners and put them in the car with the windows up and heat on..... the heat will make the pores open up more.... therefore gettin rid of the smokerz smell.... now u have to leave it on for about 5 minutes......... once done roll the windows down and let it air out...... once its nice and aired out roll the windows up and by the next two days from u gettin in and out the smell will eventually disapate

If you want it done well, I suggest calling up a car detailing place. They have specialized chemicals that can get rid of any smell out of a car. From dead fish thats been rotting into the carpet to poop. Thats your best bet.
