Find a machine shop in your area. I know there are places like this in nearly every major metro area. A good machine shop should be able to turn something like this for you, but it will not be cheap, but since you are building a custom suspension, I am assuming cost is not much of an issue. Bring the blueprints (diagram) with you, and if they can't do it, they should know somebody that can.This bolt is nothing out of the ordinary. Here where I am at is bolt company that carries everything. Those are actually avery commoningly used bolt. Try online bolt companies. In Austin we have one called AUSTIN BOLT COMPANY. Imagine that. Just check out the net.
