No light on Instrument Panel - Renault Clio 2002 model?

On the old 1.0 liter metro, remove the accessory drive (drive belts, anything in front of the timing cover). Remove the harmonic balancer from the crankshaft. Remove timing cover. Line up the timing marks on the crank and the cam. Release tension from the tensioner. Install new timing belt and apply tension to the belt. Turn the engine over by hand 2 revolutions of the crank shaft. Double check timing marks. If they are still lined up, reinstall timing cover and harmonic balancer and the rest of the parts you took off. If the marks are not lined up, remove belt, re-time, install belt and turn over and repeat until the marks line up.
