Question:
Truck just died while idling (sp). Didn't sputter or anything just died. When I tried to crank it again, none of the dash gages let up, and now the radio doesn't come on and the windows didn't roll up.
Checked all the fuses on the side panel and under the hood, and all looked good. Some of the black fuses and silver ones you aren't able to tell if they are blown. Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance!

Check the batt with a volt meter. I fit is reading lower than 10 volts the alt is more than likely gone bad. If you have a good charge on the batt than I would then check the resistance in the neg batt cable. With everything going out all of a sudden I am suspecting that it is a bad wire somewhere. I would assume it is in the gound. Could be an easy fix if you can find it.More Questions & Answers ...
