Low be on headlight doesn't work but high beam does, i have replaced the bulbs and checked all fuses.?

One bulb or two? One bulb- low beam is burnt out!
Two bulb, check bulb, check ground, and make sure you have a hot lead to the bulb! Might even be the dimmer switch also!
