ok the thing is went i push the bottom of the pilot to turn it on the flame go on but inmedialate went stop to push the bottom the flame turn off too and they dont let me turn on the heater i dont know what happen help please

Well, when the heater wont lite even after depressing the pilot knob and holding it,it's usually due to the thermocouple going bad.Did you try depressing it and turning at the same time? If not try that.Sometimes you need to hold it down after you light it for 45 seconds then turn it while depressed.If this don't work either,than you need to replace the thermocouple.Its the little part where the pilot light comes out of.

you have to hold the button down till the sensors read that the pilot light is working then you can turn it and it will stay on.
