just wire it directly, with a fuse of course. thats what i did with my garmin. i went through one of the grommets to the firewall. went under the steering wheel. velcroed the system in the dash in front just behind the steering wheel. looks clean to me.i have a ' 92 nissan sentra it does not start when its cold?
Well if you have nay wiring skills you can cut off the plug adapter and splice in more wire and wire it directly to the fuse panel with either your instrument panel or radio. Alot of people say dont do this and I have do this dozens of times for Sat. Radio or radar detectors. As long as you pick the correct fuse link you'll be fine.
