Only in an inert enviroment bacuse of the HIGH zinc content, and then only using GTAW (TIG) or PAW because both these process allow you to control the heat at low levels. Other welding processes will not work because of the high amount of heat that is put in and because Zinc readily burns in the atmosphere at these temperatures. Best bet is to either get another part or get it recast, unless you can find a welding lab...Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...
