How to get to the electric motor and track in the rear passanger side door of a Toyota RAV-4?

Question:
The window is probably just off the track because the motor still runs but the window stays down and I can hear something that sounds like a pulley system clicking. Possibly could fix this myself if I knew how to actually open the door panel to get inside.

Why did my tranmission disengage when I went fast going in reverse?

The door panel probably has a few screws in it. Check behind the door handle and the arm rest. After you remove the screws, it will unsnap from the door and lift off.
